Seth provides self-advocacy training, career guidance, Person-Centered Planning, and job placement services to individuals seeking competitive, integrated employment and independent living. He specializes in helping Regional Center and California Department of Rehabilitation consumers successfully connect with employers, leading to paid internships, On-The-Job Training, and permanent employment. Seth is also an Independent Facilitator for Self-Determination Program clients and has over 20 years of experience in vocational guidance. 

Seth describes his work as "Advocacy without Accusation." He focuses on helping people obtain the information and support they need with minimal confrontation and stress.

He received the 2016 Funding Partner of the Year, "Awesome in Autism Award" from the Ventura County Autism Society.  Seth and Barbara are parents to two adult children: their daughter, and their late son Ian, who was an adult with autism and under conservatorship.
