The best way to tailor Alexander Technique to your life is though our Private Lesson offering. Barbara has been teaching private lessons since 1991, and is a master at developing personalized lesson plans to apply A.T. to your daily activities, hobbies, and professional pursuits.

Cancellation Policy

Lessons may be cancelled for a full refund minus a $5.00 booking service fee if the cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Lessons may be rescheduled to another available date and time if the request is received at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time of the lesson.
